a La Mod Interiors offers free one-hour consultations where we will meet with you in your home, discuss the reasons why you’re unhappy with the room, how you want the room to function, review the budget and timeline, take photos and measurements, and talk about some design ideas.
Design Board: $250
After completing an in-home consultation, we will then create a mood board outlining paint colors specifications, more pleasing furniture arrangements, accessories and links where you can purchase those pieces. You would purchase the items yourself and follow the plan explained in the mood board to achieve the new look in your room.
Basic Room Makeover Package: $750
In the basic room makeover package, a La Mod Interiors would complete an in-home consultation then create a mood board as described above for one room. We would purchase accessories and decor, such as new draperies, pillows, and artwork and we would install them in your home. This method is typically for those who do not wish to replace furnishings within the room, but feel their space needs updating.
Full-Service Design: Bid completed after consultatiotion
This service would include a consultation and design board, and would generally include procurement of accessories, such as curtains, rods, light fixtures, artwork, pillows, rugs and furniture. We would work within your timeline and budget to design an updated and beautiful space that you can enjoy for years to come.
Remodel: Bid completed after consultation
a La Mod Interiors would complete a consultation with you and present a design board including materials needed to complete the project, such as flooring, lighting, fixtures, tile, countertops, etc. All materials chosen would be within the specified budget and available within the timeline provided. We would communicate with contractors who would be working on the project such as flooring contractors, drywall contractors, electricians, etc. Upon completion of any necessary construction, a La Mod Interiors would complete the design installation and hand the home back to you with your modern, updated, newly renovated space that you will love.
Residential Construction: Bid completed after consultation
These projects can be a lot to take on if you've never done it before; there are so many details that can be overwhelming to a homebuilder like whether you want a full reveal for your cabinet doors, or whether the tile you selected has a matching end piece. At a La Mod Interiors, we make the process easy for you by taking over all those details and eliminating hours of searching - we will bring the products to you and help you choose what will work best in your home. We will assist with everything from tile and grout selection, cabinet door color and style, hardware for cabinets and interior and exterior doors, faucets, countertops, sinks and toilets, lighting, fans, carpet and flooring. We will streamline this process for you and potentially save you money in costly mistakes and ensure you end up with the home of your dreams and never want to leave!
